Vashon Island Challenge: Swim, Run

August 21, 2019

Anthony Gateman fires up the Pacific Northwest with an absolute send across Vashon Island in Seattle’s Puget Sound. Cold water? Gateman is not phased. Leaving from Dockton Point in Quartermaster Harbor Gateman swam 2.7 miles North towards a small connection point of land between Vashon Island and Maury I. From there he took to foot (8.3 mi) to complete his mission to the Northern Point of Vashon Island.
