ASSISTED PULL UPS

  • Orange=9 lb, Red=18 lb, Blue=30 lb, Green=40 lb, Black=65 lb, Purple=95 lb.

GYMNASTIC RINGS: Ring Rows

  • The more horizontal your body = more difficult

DIPS

ASSISTED DIPS

  • Orange=9 lb, Red=18 lb, Blue=30 lb, Green=40 lb, Black=65 lb, Purple=95 lb.

Circuit Training: Meat Challenge, The Murph.

  • Meat Challenge: 200 push-ups, 50 pull-ups for time.

  • Murph Workout: 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, timed with a 20 lb weight vest.
